A few issues, otherwise great video. Fat isn't as bad for you as we were led to believe. BUT Sugar is way worse, and even worse are the forms of sugar. You can live without sugar, but sugar will destroy you. Especially High Fructose Corn Syrup. If you're a nightowl, don't be afraid to follow your most effective sleep schedule. My theory is that about 50% of people are nightowls. This is backed by how dysfunctional the 9-5 is for most people, and how "morning birds" are statistically more depressed and hate life more than nightowls. I believe this is because ALL nightowls are actually nightowls, but many "morning birds" are nightowls that have been conditioned to be morning birds. Savings is the worst way to store money outside of cash(and gold imo). It is better than nothing, but many of the rich like Meet Kevin use assets to store money, as that beats inflation. (Astroid mining will tank noble metal values ftr. Fair warning) IF you can handle credit card churning, it is better than debit and cash. If you are able to not spend more because your using credit, and able to always pay off on time, and able to spend consistently 10-20% of your max credit without going over or under each month, then credit card churning is for you.
